A cross dressing hit man, Bainbridge, is called in by seedy club owner Bruno to track down and return his money which has been stolen by a hapless chancer, Eddie. When a fleeing Eddie calls upon his struggling musician sister, Jenny, for help, she is torn between bailing him out yet again or following her dream.
